Updated Fee Policies for HITS Shows in 2009 - Part II

Flexible Late Fee Policy for 2009 Winter Circuits

Saugerties, NY --- HITS, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective immediately, exhibitors who are already entered to show at the HITS Winter Circuits in Thermal, California; Ocala, Florida; and/or Tucson, Arizona will have some flexibility to add stalls, add horses and add additional show weeks without being subject to Post Entry fees and/or Late Stall fees.

This offer is only being extended to exhibitors and trainer groups whose initial entries were sent in on-time and are on file at the shows. Examples of these Post Entry savings are:

1. Add stalls to your existing count. Do this by Tuesday of the show week.

2. Add additional show weeks. Decide and enter the week before.

3. Enter new horses in the show. Enter by Tuesday of the show week.
